COBRA Fit™ delivers real, positive, actual results. The Training Manual will help you define reasons for becoming more fit and helps establish realistic, obtainable goals. The manual offers motivational information about fitness, and also explains the latest in fitness theory. We even bust a few old-school myths. You will have access to instructors on a more individualized basis and with small groups and private training throughout the 10 week program. It’s almost like having a personal trainer!
You will have 3 evaluations; first class, week 5 mid-point, and final day of week 10. The evaluations show your results in real time. Throughout the 10 weeks, you canyou’re your workouts and track eating plans with pre-made logs for each week. There’s a place in the manual for “Before” and “After” pictures. We’ve even added a section with healthy recipes. This program really has it all.
As an instructor and mentor of this program, I will help you understand the process of getting fit, setting goals, and you will help them achieve these goals.
